They say education is expensive, but so is ignorance. One stands to lose more if he didn’t take the opportunities to go to college and get a degree. But with today’s rising costs of college tuition fees, it’s no wonder that there are many who are deferring their studies in order to work and earn money instead.
Some are fortunate enough to find scholarships and pursue their studies, some juggles between and work and studies, working to finance their way for a college degree. I admire those individuals. But with today’s population of college students, not everybody can have those opportunities, much more pay for their own tuition fees.
If only Filipino students could also qualify for the student loans provided by NextStudent, They provide student loans to US college students so that they may be able to finish their schooling and earn their college degree.
These loans are unsecured and available either to parents or to the students. Payments can even be deferred up until after graduation. Truly no reason to skip college studies.
They also give Private Student Loans, for students who have higher tuition fees from private school. Undergraduate, graduate, and continuing education students’ can cover their education expenses up to the total cost of education.
If only there are education loan opportunities here in the Philippines, there would be more professionals, entrepreneurs, workers, who are contributing to our country’s economy.
