In competing in the market, either international or domestic, you must remember that choosing the best product or service is very critical. A lot of businesses undergone bankruptcy because of wrong choice of commodity to sell. Knowing Your Market
1.The Location (i.e. demography and climatic conditions)
2.The People (i.e. customs, religion and traditions). You cannot sell meat to countries or places that are dominated by Islam religion.
3.Availability of Technology. You have to remember that one product in demand today will be not in demand in the next years. So, technological advances should be made, and in achieving this innovation, availability of technology will be needed.
4.Government Policies. Policies of every place when it comes to businesses varies, you should take this into account for you to know more about your prospective market.
Believing In Your Product
1.It is better to promote something that you like and appeals to your interests. So, sell something that you enjoy and consume most of the time.
2.You have to develop the belief in your product.
3.You learn to love and like your product by using it.
4.Share what you have experienced about the product and take note of their reactions.
For Your Clients
1.You should achieve a product that is beneficial and will be used by your customers. You should know its features that will best serve your customers.
2.The products should have an effect on your customer’s life positively.
3.Your target people. Who will benefit more? The kids, teens or adults?
4.Develop the attitude of liking and patronizing your frequent and even new customers.
The Demand for Your Product
1.You have to remember that the demand for your product will define the number of supplies that you should be producing.
2.The demand is in constant change, you must learn to adapt to it, one time it will be at high another time it will shift at the opposite side.
3.If there’s a shift in demand, prices should also shift, to either a little higher or lower.
4.The demand will also determine how much marketing and advertising you should do.
Aside from the above cited illustrations, you should also consider the modes of production. What type of production will you be using? This will also have an effect on your profit since this will definitely cost you something. If there is a positive response from your clients, the cost of production can be covered without problems.
You have to remember that, the success of your product depends on how you choose it. A good start in starting a product will define your success or losses. It will all start in selecting the best product to sell, so it is better to choose wisely.
