With so many businesses opening in the market now, it seems that it will be very hard for you to open your own. Competition will definitely arise. And since you are a newbie in the market, it will be very hard for you to compete because of your lack of experience and lack of resources. 1. Your potential clients or customers
In starting up your business, you should know who will be your target market is. There is a diverse and wide clients in the market now, you just have to focus on one first, for they will be some services that may be applicable to one type of clients only. Sometimes, clients may come to you and ask you for a particular service and you know that it is out of your scope since they do not constitute to your target clients, it is not necessary to take the service they need.
2. The amount
Sometimes, for a small business to boost up in the economy, the owners will try their best to lower the prices. Lowering the prices will of course gather a lot of clients, but you have to remember that you are doing business here, you have to earn. The solution is, to talk to someone competent enough about your business. Maybe someone who is in the same field with you. I’m sure lowering your prices is not the only way to make it into the market.
3. Hiring people will lead to time management
It’s always a thought of every business person not to hire too many staff at first opening of the business. But this thought has to be changed. You have to take into account the fact that, if you will not hire people, you will take over of the many works of your businesses. And this will not be very healthy for you and your business. Multi-tasking is good, but on the other hand, it will be very chaotic and doing many things will cost you a lot of time. Hire people, so you and your business will be productive.

This is in connection with your potential clients or customers. Most of the time the term Marketing is misunderstood with the word advertising, you have to remember that market is your target in doing advertising. This is the people whom you appeal with to buy your product. And it is important, as I’ve mentioned, to narrow these markets for you to cater their needs properly.

In line with your marketing strategy, you have to remember to make connections or networks. In achieving this, you must make yourself visible into many trade fairs, parties, etc. The idea is not only to join them, but also to take part and be one of the sponsors or organizers. In doing this, you will increase your connection.
